The proposed Harmon Solar Project will provide significant long-term local and state tax revenue, good-paying jobs, and guaranteed cash flow into the local school system and municipalities for decades to come. The proposed project will be entirely within Bannock County limits.

To demonstrate our commitment to the community, we aim to work with Idaho-based EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) providers. We are also committed to hiring qualified local workers from civil, electrical and mechanical trades.

The Harmon Solar Project team members are committed to responsible development, including:

Conducting comprehensive environmental studies
Ensuring minimal impact on the natural landscape
Implementing a vegetation management plan that utilizes re-seeding with native grasses.

We are engaging with community and local neighbors to discuss the benefits of the project, listen to concerns, and collaboratively develop solutions that will address community and county feedback, resulting in a project we can all be proud of. We are committed to transparent and open communication for the long-term to ensure all questions and concerns are addressed in a timely manner throughout development and construction.

Our good faith engagement with neighbors and community members began in 2021 and continues to this day.
