Project Status

CURRENT STATUS OF HARMON SOLAR PROJECT

  • We will begin Bannock County permitting once the solar moratorium has ended and a solar ordinance has been adopted.
  • Once approved, the project is expected to be operational in Q4 2027 and will interconnect to the Populus 345kV substation directly west of Downey, ID.
  • The construction haul-route to deliver supplies to the site will be designed to prioritize safety and minimize impact to traffic on roads. The team is currently evaluating various alternatives with the County to ensure community concerns are addressed.
